About the Role
As a Property Investment Consultant based in London, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, specialising in the sale of global investment properties. In this role, you will:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from individual investors to institutional buyers. Understand their investment needs and tailor property recommendations accordingly.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of global real estate markets to identify emerging trends, investment hotspots, and opportunities. Stay updated on economic developments that may impact property values.
Property Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing investment properties, including detailed financial analyses, market insights, and projected returns. Utilise various platforms to effectively communicate value propositions.
Negotiation: Act as a trusted advisor during negotiations, advocating for clients' interests while ensuring smooth transactions. Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate closing processes.
Networking: Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and enhance business development efforts.

Requirements
Educational Background:Â A degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in property investment or real estate management are a plus.
