Meet The Founders
James Kettel - Co-Founder
James has been working professionally in Real Estate Investment for over 5 years, but his journey started much earlier. From a young age James would accompany his father (a full time high school teacher) who in his spare time would purchase, fully renovate and then rent out property. Having seen firsthand the power of real estate investing – James has been motivated to empower others to do the same and achieve their financial goals. Educated at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School Wakefield & then the University of Birmingham where he graduated with a B.A War Studies. In his spare time James enjoys staying active, playing Rugby, Sailing and Hiking and taking full advantage of the great outdoors that Hong Kong has to offer.
Oscar Middleton - Co-Founder
Born in Hong Kong, and educated in the UK, Oscar has always had a global outlook. His passion for real-estate is informed by generational involvement in the property industry, and this, accompanied with a strategic mindset and drive to help others, positioned him as one of the top consultants in previous capacities. This drive, combined with his entrepreneurial nature, encouraged him to take the step to start VENTURE, with a mission to provide a better and more comprehensive property investment service than currently available.
